Toyota made headlines nationwide in 2016 when it announced plans to relocate its North American headquarters to Plano.
Today, the company continues to grow its presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
ML Realty Partners announced it has leased a 121,188-square-foot distribution facility to Toyota Motor Sales USA. Known as 121 Riverview Crossing, the property is located at 1825 Midway Road in Lewisville.
“We’re pleased to welcome Toyota to 121 Riverview Crossing and support their business growth within our portfolio,” Matthew Smith, vice president of ML Realty Partners, said in a prepared statement. “The property is located within five minutes of the ongoing development occurring at Legacy West and the $5 Billion Mile.”
