A big office lease in Frisco has almost filled up a new building near the Dallas North Tollway.

Wisconsin-based financial services technology firm Fiserv plans to shift 600 workers to the new Frisco Station development on Warren Parkway.

Fiserv, which has a smaller office in Frisco’s Hall Park, is leasing about 75,000 square feet in the Offices One building at Frisco Station.
