Developer Trammell Crow Co. is breaking ground today for a new facility at DFW International Airport for the U.S. immigration services to consolidate operations.
The General Services Administration is leasing the almost 260,000-square-foot building for 20 years for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ Texas Service Center.
The new building will include office and support space and is set to open in early 2020.
