A new mixed-use development on the way in the Collin County town of Princeton will bring both housing and commercial space.
Called Princeton Crossroads, the $575 million, 297-acre project will be anchored by a new 40,000-square-foot city hall to be located on the north side of U.S. Highway 380. The development will also include an apartment project, 333 single-family homes, 166 townhomes and a city park.
“Princeton Crossroads effectively becomes the new town center for Princeton,” said Chris Burrow, founding partner and CEO of Range Realty Advisors, which is marketing the project. “The new city hall will be surrounded by a new city park that will feature two ponds, walking trails, a playground, and dog park.
