During the last few years, the Cypress Waters development on LBJ Freeway has been one of the most successful office projects in all of Texas.
Now another developer is hitting the market with a competing office complex next door.
Cawley Partners plans to develop three office buildings on the east side of Belt Line Road next to Cypress Waters. The office project called The Braun on Belt Line would be just north of LBJ Freeway in Coppell. The first phase will be a 4-story, 168,000-square-foot office building.
“The Braun on Belt Line is going to be a new and unique office park in Coppell,” developer Bill Cawley said in a statement. “It has all the amenities tenants are looking for, and provides prominent signage visible from 635.
