At downtown Dallas’ Bryan Tower, construction is about to begin on the biggest changes to the building in two decades.
The 45-year-old office high-rise on Bryan Street between North Harwood and Olive streets is getting the kind of goodies you’d expect in a hotel or luxury residential building — an outdoor seating plaza, an events area, a new retail market and restaurant plus more.
The amenities are part of owner Spire Realty’s plan to keep the building competitive with newer office projects and attract tenants to fill a big empty space in the bronze glass tower that will be left behind when Baylor Scott & White moves out in two years.
