A booming Frisco development has scored another office move.
Engineering and design firm Kimley-Horn is moving to the new Frisco Station development near the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway.
The North Carolina-based firm has leased 32,349 square feet of office space in the Office One at Frisco Station building.
“Since 1994, Kimley-Horn has had an office in the city of Frisco, providing a wide variety of planning and design consulting services within the city and across Collin, Denton, and Grayson counties,” Aaron Nathan, Texas regional leader for Kimley-Horn, said in a statement. “The growth in this area and the leadership from the city of Frisco has created a great place to live, and we have been delighted to help our clients, both public and private.”
With the latest deal, the first-phase office building at the $1.5 billion Frisco Station is almost fully leased.
