A Chicago developer has filed building permits for a mixed-use residential and retail project on North Central Expressway near DART’s Mockingbird Station.
Convexity Properties filed permits with Dallas totaling $84 million for its Crossing development at 6080 North Central.
The planned apartment project will have 330 units and is next to the eight-story Twin Sixties office tower and Magnolia Hotel. The project will have more than 600,000 square feet, according to the permits.
Irving-based Archer Western Construction is the general contractor.
Convexity Properties describes the 8-acre development as “situated in one of the most sought-after ZIP codes in Dallas” and says it “will offer residents a luxury community in a convenient location.”
Central Commercial Group
