Downtown Dallas’ newest tower is headed to the market with what promises to be a record selling price.
The just-completed 1900 Pearl office high-rise is expected to fetch about $700 per square foot and attract investors from all over the globe.
Real estate brokers are hoping a quick sale of the 25-story Arts District tower overlooking Klyde Warren Park will set the tone for 2019’s commercial property market in North Texas.
“Dallas fundamentals — the job growth, building leasing, push in rental rates — all add up to be a pretty good story,” said Jack Crews, managing director of commercial property firm JLL. “If you are going to play in the real estate investment business, this is the place to be.”
