Arlington’s Viridian community is expanding with a major new residential phase.
Project owner Johnson Development is adding sites for almost 400 homes in the community that’s located off North Collins Street in Arlington.
The new phase will be for houses priced from more than $300,000 to more than $1 million.
“Our development plan has always hinged on offering a variety of homes to suit all buyers,” Debra Meers, Director of Marketing at Viridian, said in a statement. “What makes us unique is we don’t segregate neighborhoods by the price of homes.
“Instead, you’ll find a mix of homes with first-time homebuyers living down the street from million-dollar buyers.”
