A growing “tech” company based in Allen is breaking ground for a new headquarters.
Billings Productions Inc. has a unique product – they make dinosaurs.
Their business is so good, that the firm is breaking ground today on a new 50,000-square-foot office and manufacturing building near U.S. Highway 75.
The company’s new digs have to be large enough to accommodate more than 350 life size dinosaur and giant bug replicas that will move to the new building in late 2020.
The new facility – designed by Alliance Architects and developed with Partners National Real Estate Group – will also be large enough to host community events and tours.
